If you get incorrect item(s) and you are not entirely satisfied with what you get, simply return your order back to us within 3 days from date of receipt of your order, for a full refund of the product value.

Please note - The shipping fee will not be refunded, just the value of the item(s) in the order.
All items must be returned back to us in their original condition as they were sent out to you. We will not accept returned items that have been used, damaged, scratched, marked, soiled or misused in anyway.
All refunds will be made via the same as when the order was placed. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please allow between 1-2 business days for handing refunds to your account.
Please note - Any shipping fee you pay to return your order back to us will not be refunded. It will be your responsibility to return items in the appropriate and secure packaging and we will not accept any losses or damages which may occur in transit.
Any items which are lost, stolen, damaged in transit must be reported to us immediately by sending an email at handbag9@hotmail.com and please remember to include your name, address.
Please note - Once an order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the courier company, we will not be responsible if your order is lost, stolen, damaged or tampered. But we will compensate all the loss according to our compensation policy.
Compensation Policy
If your items are lost, stolen, damaged in transit, we will offer the items as 30% off in your next order to compensate your loss till all your loss is entirely compensated.
Please note - Once all you loss is fully compensation, the sales prices will get back.
